Terms of Service & Information^{i. I reserve the right to refuse any commission inquiry, with or without reason.
ii. Artistic copyright remains for any work produced.
Please do not edit, trace, heavily reference, or redistribute my work without permission.
The commissioner is not to remove the artists signature at any time, for any reason.
iii. I am a busy person who can sometimes be away from my phone/computer for a day or two, but a respectful level of communication.
Please let me know if you’ll be away and I’ll do the same.
iv. Turnaround time varies based on commission type but I average between a 4-6 week turnaround time for more complicated designs.
Most orders are completed within the 2-3 week mark.
v. Edits should be requested as updates are given.
As the commissioner you have the right to request these at any time
After lining is complete and coloring has begun, no major edits will be accepted.
vi. If an order is cancelled and the artist has started the commission, the artist retains full rights to the work, and the commissioner may not use the work in any way, shape or form unless otherwise discussed.
The artist retains the right to repurpose the work on cancelled commissions at their leisure.}Payment^{i. All prices are listed in USD.
Sales for game currency commissions will have conversations listed in forum post.
ii. Payment is to be made within 48 hours of commission form completion.
Payments will be accepted through Paypal or Ko-Fi only, unless otherwise discussed.
iii. Payment plans are available for order of $100 or more. Artist must be contacted prior to discuss details.
All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit, this 25% goes toward final cost.
iv. Full refunds shall be granted for the following cases: The 6 week turnaround period has been surpassed without notification of extension; or the artist cancels on their behalf.
*A. The commissioner is entitled to cancel at any time,
but only a percentage of the commission will refunded depending on level of completion.
Sketch 75% refund, halfway point 50% refund, anything further than the halfway point will receive 25% or less at the artists discretion.
If the commission is cancelled within 48 hours of order, a full refund will be issued.
B. *If the commission is cancelled due to blocking, blacklisting, or failure to communicate, no refund will be issued.
